How The NJRA Ethical Standards Work For You!
Consumers who use NJRA members exclusively obtain unique protection that is acclaimed as the best in our nation's history. Our admission requirements are the toughest in the nation. Applicants must be totally clean with all statewide consumer affairs offices. Proper insurance, credit worthiness, past business history and track record are checked out.If approved, members assign us heavy rights which can and would be used if the directives of our Consumer/Contractor Arbitration Board (CAB) were not followed in the event of a legitimate dispute. These rights include public dissemination of
their termination and the reasons why in any manner we choose. In addition, the NJRA would work to insure that any complaint is resolved. To date, we have never had an unresolved complaint since we established the CAB in 1981!

Impartiality?...We will have consumer officials review our CAB findings if there is any question about their fairness. We even work closely with consumer offices to help resolve complaints of consumers ripped-off by non-NJRA members!
